Join our group of enthusiastic beginners to discover the intriguing world of artisan cold-process soap making! Your personal guide to traditional soap crafting will be Valeriia, a conceptual artist and indie soap maker, who will help you experience this intricate craft firsthand.

This series of soap-making workshops is based around Valentine's Day. We will take our inspiration from fruits that are connected to love, passion and sensuality in various cultures, including grape seed oil and wine.

Under Valeriia’s supervision, you’ll explore the Art Psyche creative process to craft your own unique creative soaps. By adding edible ingredients, colors, and scents, you’ll have the chance to personalize your cold process soaps, turning them into miniature art objects. You’ll also try out some intermediate pouring techniques to truly impress your friends and family!

The soaps you will create are plant-based and vegan-friendly. You’ll be able to make 6 bars of soap to keep and enjoy!

Please note: This is a 'cold process' soap-making workshop and we will work with lye. Although, duringthe workshop Valeriia will handle lye herself, if you have any concerns you may find it beneficial to research this step in advance.

We will use many plant-based and food grade ingredients that are generally considered to be safe, but if you have any food allergies please let us know in prior. We will not use any nuts or nut oils, however we will use shea and coconut. We also do not use any glutenous ingredients in our soaps, but our studio may be exposed to gluten time to time.

Our fragrance oils are of a high quality and do not contain any known harsh chemicals, although you can skip this step and choose to stay scent-free.

For safety reasons, please make sure you will be wearing long sleeves and cover your legs and foot. All materials and tools will be provided, just bring your creativity and get ready for soapy fun!
